The SAND CITY in Lagoa host the largest sand sculpture festival in the world. It is also considered one of the best theme parks in the Algarve for being unique and different, it occupies an area of 6 hectares and is built by more than 60 artists from the various continents who come to carve about 50,000 tons of sand.
