It is located near the fishing village of Burgau in the western Algarve and can be reached in one hour from Faro Airport..
The house occupies 400sq.m. on one hectare of land. It’s southeast border sits on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. Which offers an interesting and forever changing vista to the sea and unrivalled views of the night sky.

All five bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. One is currently used as an office.
The house has under floor heating throughout with each room separately controlled. An efficient heat exchange unit produces the heat. An oil-burning boiler can also power the system.
A separate building houses a barbeque kitchen and dining area. This has it’s own toilet and a small kitchen.
