This vlog shows a long weekend in Wrocław (Poland) and Prague (Czechia) back in April 2019 with a short stopover in Kudowa Zdrój (small border town between Poland and Czechia).

Many people combine their trips between several cities in Central Europe, like Kraków, Budapest, Vienna. But this trip started in Wrocław and then continued to Prague (which is only 285 km away).

Wrocław is one of Poland’s largest cities and is also one of the most beautiful. The city has a lot to offer, a beautiful Old Town, one of Europe’s largest zoos and gnomes spread all over city (it might take you long time to find them all!) It also has a UNESCO heritage site – Hala Stulecia (The Centennial Hall).

When travelling to Prague by either train/bus, you can stop in the small Polish spa town of Kudowa Zdrój, which is on the border. We took the bus from Wrocław to Kudowa Zdrój, then crossed the border and caught Czech train to Prague.

Prague is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe and this has much to do with the fact that it is replete with cultural and heritage attractions to absorb. Charles Bridge, Castle, Orloj Astrological Clock or Wenceslas Square are just some places to visit, the city has one of the Europe’s most preserved Old Towns. Indeed, the number of tourists at time can be overwhelming!
