Cephalonia or Kefalonia (formerly also known as Kefallinia or Kephallenia) is the largest of the Ionian Islands in western Greece and the 6th largest island of Greece.

It is one of the most popular destinations in the Ionian Sea, known as "the island of sailors".

The 237 km coastline offers 39 sandy and gravel beaches.

In our opinion Kefalonia is one of the best islands in Greece and, for sure, we'll come back to explore some more.
