My self Hemant aka (Traveller Tatya) got n number of opportunity to visit and see Prague Castle but never got chance to see this famous change of guards 12 noon ceremony.
However during this January 2019 trip, I saw and recorded it fully.
The ceremonial changing of the Guard including a fanfare and the flag ceremony happens every day at 12:00 noon in the first courtyard.
These Presidential guards, guard the three main entrances to the Prague Castle.
These guards are members of a special army division, which serves directly the president of the Czech Republic.
