Hi guys! Is Czech customer service one of the worst in the world? We think no, but we have heard yes. Let’s discuss.

We think Czechs are often too hard on themselves. Especially in Prague, customer service is pretty normal and sometimes even great.

Where is the misunderstanding coming from?
