I had roasted Wilks (sea snail) for the first time and declare it a delicacy, until now I only had the Wilks soup, but roasted was also new to me.
We looked for wilks in the sea and went up to a secret river, amazing place hidden in the bush. The perfect place to roast our freshly found Wilks and swim in the lovely river.
