We are driving now on a great mountain road, crossing The Mehedinți mountains, before reaching the wild Cerna Valley, that we will then follow downstream to the famous spa town of Băile Herculane. There are many tourist attractions on the way, ranging from the town of Târgu Jiu with its famous Brâncuși works, to Tismana Monastery, one of the oldest in Wallachia and the spa architecture of Băile Herculane. Also some traditional romanian villages are to be admired during this scenic drive, enjoy!
