I’ve always been curious about Moldova, especially because it’s known as the least visited country in Europe. So I decided to go and see it for myself.
I spent 2 nights in Chisinau, and honestly, I learned so much. From discovering Moldova’s deep history at the Military Museum and seeing its Soviet-era past, to meeting an amazing local photographer named Arthur who showed me more of the city.
Chisinau surprised me — it’s lovely, affordable, safe, and full of character. The food, the people, the history, and the atmosphere all made this trip unforgettable. I’d definitely recommend visiting Moldova if you’re curious about it.
