In this video, I start my journey in Chișinău, the capital city of Moldova, Europe's least visited country, exploring the peaceful Cathedral Park and the city's own Triumphal Arch. After a quick stop to exchange some Moldovan lei, I head north to the city of Soroca, located right at the river the Dniester which serves as the border with Ukraine. There I visit Soroca Fort: A stunning 500-year-old fortress overlooking the river. Since Soroca is known for being the "Romani Capital", I also (attempt to) visit the neighborhood filled with extravagant, often deserted palaces built by the Romani people.
