Foreign ministers from dozens of Western nations met in Brussels to try and plot the way forward as the conflict in Ukraine intensifies. US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, was in the Belgian and EU capital on the first stop of an European tour, where he'll visit Baltic, Central and Eastern European countries including Poland, Lithuania and Moldova.
