I only had one contact when I decided to move to Moldova for the winter - but a good one. Tamara Shatkova has been living in Croatia almost as long as I have, and she has also managed to build up a very successful business in foreign weddings in Croatia, now with 15 years of experience and a market leader. I caught up with her in Chisinau where she was visiting family for the holidays.
