The observation tower in Krynica-Zdrój (Polish: Wieża widokowa w Krynicy - Zdrój) is the first tree-top observation tower didactic path in Poland with a unique wooden structure. It is 49.5 meters in height. It is located at the top of the Słotwiny Arena ski station (896 meters above sea level) among the forests of the Jaworzyna Krynicka range. A specially constructed "wooden path" leads to the Tower. In total, the path is 1,030 meters long. On the route, visitors can learn more about the surrounding nature and the history of the region, thanks to special educational installations. At the top of the tower there is a viewing platform with a beautiful panorama of Beskid Sądecki and Niski with the highest peak of Lackowa, and the Lewockie Mountains. An additional attraction, especially for the youngest ones, is the 60-meter-long slide. The tower can be reached by the modern Doppelmayr 6-seater chairlift with windbreaks or by walking along the paved, scenic road. The observatory tower and the treetop path in Krynica-Zdrój is the first construction of this type in Poland. It was commissioned in 2019 and immediately became one of the main attractions of the region and the Beskid Sądecki #observationtowerkrynicazdroj #observationtower #krynicazdroj #krynicazdrój #krynica #krynicaattraction @D&B TRAVELS #thingstodoinkrynica #wiezawidokowa #wieżawidokowakrynicazdrój #krynicawiezawidokowa
