Moritzburg Castle has a fairytale feel to it and is such a beautiful place sitting on it's handmade island. Located about 15 kilometers northwest of Dresden Germany. The original castle was built from 1542-1546 and was originally a hunting lodge. The interior is decorated with baroque decor and the deer horn collection is a very important part of its history, also has many wonderful paintings and historical furnishings thru out the castle. If you are in the Saxony region this is a must see attraction that will not disappoint it is a very wonderful and peaceful place.
