Today I would like to show the banks of the Vistula river.
It is a very popular place in Warsaw.
Many locals and tourists visit this place every day.
In summer, one of the main attractions is the beach in the city center.
It is in front of the old town. You can get there by free ferry across the river.
Another interesting place on the Vistula River is the National Stadium.
It was built in 2012 for the European football championship.
We go back to the other bank via the Swiętokrzyski Bridge.
From there you can see a beautiful panorama of the center and the old town.
Then we visit the Vistula boulevards, built along the left bank of the Vistula.
There are many places to eat, drink beer and listen to music.
On the boulevards, there is a monument to the Warsaw Mermaid - the symbol of the city.
The monument was built in April 1939, a few months before the start of World War II.
There is also the Copernicus Science Center.
You can see 20 million stars in the planetarium shows.
A hundred meters from the Vistula River is a fountain park.
At the weekend, multimedia shows are held there.
Finally, we take the free ferry to the beach. You can also bring your bike.
The crossing takes only a few minutes. You will see more in my video.
If you liked it, don't forget to like the video and subscribe to my channel.
