Wieliczka Salt Mine is one of Poland's most visited tourist attractions. It is situated in the south of Poland in a city called Krakow. The mine is 327 m deep and was excavated in the 13th century.

It has a fascinating history of Hungarian Princess Kinga asking lump of salt in dowry for getting married to Prince of Krakow, Boleslaw V the Chaste. In this process, the Salt Mine was uncovered.
