Russian President Vladimir Putin has lifted restrictions on tourism to Turkey after mending ties with Ankara. Putin signed a decree on Thursday, lifting a ban on the sale of package tours in Turkey. He also ordered the Russian government to allow charter flights to the country again. The move signals a rapid reversal after seven months of soured ties between Russia and Turkey following Ankara's downing of a Russian fighter jet in Syria last November.
