Sweden’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs allows non-essential travel for the following nationals
Romania, Bulgaria and the Netherlands
Sweden has registered a total of 83,958 Coronavirus infections, while 5,821 have died.
The country continues to keep in place its imposed restrictions as a precautionary measure to fight the further spread of the COVID-19 infection.
A high degree of personal responsibility must be taken by travellers regardless of where they travel.
Before travelling, every traveller should prepare thoroughly, keep well informed about the entry rules that apply and follow the advice and instructions of local authorities when abroad.
In the same way, as applies for travel in Sweden, you should not travel if you have COVID-19 symptoms — ministry of foreign affairs
sweden's authorities have also announced that the advice against non-essential travel to non-EU countries, as well as countries outside of the EEA, Schengen Zone and the United Kingdom will remain in place until November 15.

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy
Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Switzerland, Spain and the Vatican
Other than the countries listed above, people from the following countries, regardless of their purpose of travel can enter Sweden, including travel and tourism:
Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay

On the 27th August, Sweden extended its travel ban for non-EU residents
The extension of the ban on entry from outside the EU was announced only four days before it was set to run out.
Sweden has had the entry ban in place since mid-March, in line with the EU's recommendations, and has updated it several times.
On Thursday the Swedish government again extended it from August 31st to October 31st.
The exemptions to the entry ban all remain in place.
The entry ban does not apply to citizens and their families from EU/EEA countries and Switzerland.
The ban does not apply if you are a permanent resident or hold a residence permit in Sweden or another EU country, or if you have a national visa in Sweden.
There is no quarantine requirement for travellers to Sweden.
Airline operators may require passengers to show a health statement, but this is not a general requirement for entering Sweden.
02:50 - Lithuania lifts travel Ban on Sweden
Lithuania has today, 2nd September, lifted the entry ban for Swedish nationals and people residing in Sweden, but it is compulsory to self-isolate for 14 days upon arrival.
It is also compulsory to show a negative result of Covid-19 test that is not older than 72 hours before crossing the Lithuanian border.
