(EN) Praia da Rocha is situated 2 km from Portimão. It is one of the most famous and well-known in Portugal. To better enjoy this beach we recommend a visit to the two viewpoints. To the east the fortress of Santa Catarina (built in the 17th century to defend the entrance to the river Arade) where there is a privileged view to the beach, the marina and the entrance to Portimão harbour. To the west the viewpoint Três Castelos from where you can enjoy the beach with the same name (west) and Praia da Rocha (east).
This beach is very extensive and even in the summer there is always space for everyone. The quality of the water is always excellent, clean and crystalline. The access to the beach is great and to the sea is made by several walkways. One of them runs all over the beach alongside cliffs and restaurants.

(PR-BR) A Praia da Rocha está situada a 2 km de Portimão. Ela é uma das mais famosas e conhecidas de Portugal. Para apreciar melhor esta praia recomendamos uma visita aos dois miradouros. A leste a Fortaleza de Santa Catarina (construída no século XVII para defender a entrada no Rio Arade) onde se tem uma vista privilegiada sobre a praia, a Marina e a entrada para o porto de Portimão. A oeste o Miradouro dos Três Castelos de onde se pode apreciar a praia com o mesmo nome (para oeste) e a Praia da Rocha (para leste).
A praia é muito extensa e mesmo no Verão há sempre espaço para todos. A água de excelente qualidade está sempre limpa e cristalina. O acesso à praia é excelente e ao mar é feito por vários passadiços. Um deles percorre todo o areal junto às arribas e aos restaurantes.

Al Este tienes la fortaleza de Santa Catarina (construida en el siglo XVII para defender la entrada al río Arade), donde tiene una vista privilegiada para la playa, el puerto deportivo y la entrada al puerto de Portimão. Al Oeste, el Miradouro dos Três Castelos desde donde podrá disfrutar de la vista para la playa con el mismo nombre y Praia da Rocha (Este). La playa es muy extensa e incluso en el verano siempre hay espacio para todos. El agua de excelente calidad siempre está limpia y cristalina. El acceso a la playa es genial y al mar hay por varios pasillos. Uno de ellos sigue por toda la arena junto a los acantilados y restaurantes.

(FR) Praia da Rocha est située à 2 km de Portimão. Elle est l'une des plus célèbres et mieux connu au Portugal. Pour apprécier cette plage, nous recommandons une visite aux deux belvédères. À l'est la forteresse de Santa Catarina (construit au XVIIe siècle pour défendre l'entrée à la rivière Arade) où il y a une vue privilégiée sur la plage, la marina et l'entrée du port de Portimão. Ouest le belvédère Três Castelos d'où vous pourrez apprécier la plage avec le même nom (à l’Ouest) et Praia da Rocha (Est). La plage est très vaste et même en été, il y a toujours de l'espace pour tout le monde. L'eau d'excellente qualité est toujours propre et cristalline. L'accès à la plage est génial et à la mer il y a des plusieurs passerelles. L'une d'entre elles est située à côté des falaises et des restaurants.
