Hey there everyone! Today I'm sharing my recipe for the most amazing Crispy Portuguese Chips. Whenever we visit Portugal we always have these chips and they are absolutely amazing!
Serving Size: 4 people
INGREDIENTS
5 Potatoes; peeled and thinly sliced
3 cups Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste
Begin by thinly slicing your peeled potatoes with a mandolin.
Pat them dry before frying.
Fry the chips in hot vegetable oil over medium heat until just golden.
Sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
