In this video, I set off from Moldova and cross into Transnistria — a breakaway region that isn’t recognized as a real country by most of the world… yet it has its own borders, currency, police, and Soviet identity ????????

Together with a local taxi driver, we drive into the unknown to explore what life is really like inside this mysterious place.

Is it safe?
Is it even real?
And what will we find once we get there?

This is one of the strangest travel experiences I’ve ever had.
