Prague is the capital of the Czech Republic or in short Czechia. The Vltava is the country’s longest river. Taking a walk or a boat ride along the river is a treat to anyone who enjoys beautiful and historical structures like the Charles Bridge.
The view of the Prague castle on a hill dominates the skyline. It is listed by the Guinness Book of Records as the largest ancient castle in the world.
The castle complex includes religious structures, museums, concert halls, restaurants.
The Prague Castle, which dates back to the 9th century, is the seat of the president of the Czech Republic. It is a symbol of the Czech statehood and the country’s history through the centuries.
