I took a day trip to Transnistria — a breakaway “country” that isn’t recognized by the UN, but still runs its own army, currency, borders, and government. It’s often called Europe’s last Soviet time capsule.

In this video, I cross the border from Moldova, explore Tiraspol, visit Soviet monuments, try local food, and show what life is really like in this frozen-in-time region.
