HI! It’s the Blonde Kyiv. And today i'll bring you to the beach on the island near the city center
But when I did the video editing I realized that the video will be long and I decided to separate it into 2 parts.
I'm a fan of nice views and walking and travelling are my passions

In this Video I’ll show you how to get to the river and you will see an amazing view of the river and Truhaniv island. You can see Trukhaniv island and behind it is the left bank. my next video will be about this beach.
Near the arch of international friendship there is a new glass bridge built in 2019. This bridge is pretty new. It was a present for Kyivs bday from our mayor.

This is the Dnipro river and we divided Kyiv into Left and right bank according to the route of the water.
It's almost like Buda and Pest but I think Ukrainians just named it left and right side.
We are going down to this island named Trukhaniv

Near the glass bridge there is a fountain of our Mayor Klichko, built the same year as a bridge in 2019.

We go to it across The park Volodymyrska girka.
Here you can see nice view of the river and Volodumur he brought Cristianity to our country in 10th century. Why especially Chiristian Ortodox ? We were pagans. He saw how ukrainian people lived and how they enjoyed lard and homemade vodka sometimes and he realised that it was the best choice .

Funicular has been working since 1900 and connected upper and lower part of the city
a Ride costs 8 grivna one way

This is a funicular miniature , here you see the first electric tram and now we are here and go down to the river port.

Here we are on the down part of the City named Podil and we go now to the poshtova square to the river Dnipro.
Now we go to the river Port and on the way there is a little Ortodox Church .
In Ukraine we have tradition - pray before the long journey. That's why very often you can see this type of Churches next to railway stations riverport and some highways.
