Na sequência da realização da edição do festival de órgão 2020, que uma vez mais decorreu no Algarve, de 06 a 28 de Novembro, teve a Associação Música XXI o apoio do Mestre Organeiro Dinarte Machado, na afinação, reparação e manutenção dos órgãos envolvidos no evento, que desta feira foram os das Igrejas da Sé e do Carmo em Faro, da Matriz em Portimão e das Paroquiais de Boliqueime e Tavira.

Nascido nos EUA, Manuel Dinarte Machado Borges, filho de Pais Portugueses, nacionalizado Português, radicou-se na Ilha de S. Miguel nos Açores, tendo-se formado na Escola Industrial de Ponta Delgada e tem estado desde sempre ligado à música, nomeadamente aos órgãos, desde os 20 anos de idade. É detentor, desde Julho de 2020) da comenda da Ordem de Mérito, atribuído pelo Pres. da República de então o Prof. Aníbal Cavaco Silva, entre outras distinções.

No final destes 13 anos de Festival no Algarve, tivemos o ensejo de conhecer o mestre e apaixonado pelos Órgãos, Dinarte Machado.

Following the holding of the edition of the organ festival 2020, which once again took place in the Algarve, from 06 to 28 November, Associação Música XXI had the support of Mestre Organeiro Dinarte Machado, in tuning, repair, and maintenance of the organs involved in the event, which at this fair were those of the Sé and Carmo churches in Faro, the headquarters in Portimão and the parish churches of Boliqueime and Tavira.

Born in the USA, Manuel Dinarte Machado Borges, son of Portuguese parents, nationalized Portuguese, settled in the island of S. Miguel in the Azores, having graduated from the Ponta Delgada Industrial School and has always been connected to music, namely organs, since the age of 20. He has, since July 2020) the commendation of the Order of Merit, awarded by the Pres. of the Republic of then Prof. Aníbal Cavaco Silva, among other distinctions.

At the end of these 13 years of Festival in the Algarve, we had the opportunity to meet the master and passionate about the Organs, Dinarte Machado.
